A black robed draconian walked amongst the huts of the White Dragonarmy, casting enchantments upon the soldiers, bringing forth dark magic to strenghten the army of the Dark Queen. A draconian so powerful as this had not been seen on Ansalon for many years, and word seeped out of his dark, powerful magic. Soon, reports started to be taken from Solamnic Scouts of the White Dragonarmy mobilizing and leaving their fortifications behind, marching towards the plains.

Not soon enough it was realized by the knights that the White Dragonarmy was marching towards the Solamnic Outpost. With even less warning a few squads of elite draconians were dispatched from Xak Tsaroth, leading a pre-emptive strike against the outpost to weaken their defenses for the coming of the White Dragonarmy forces. Battling bravely, the knights quickly realized they were heavily outnumbered and had no way to battle the dark magic of this strange black robed draconian. Calling for a retreat, the Commander ordered the knights to abandon the outpost to the White Dragonarmy and seek refuge in Solace until some sort of battle plan could be arranged and reinforcements sent.

Reaching Solace with only a few dozen knights still alive, the Commander quickly learned that no reinforcements would come. All over Ansalon similar attacks upon the knights were taking place. Fearing that he might not be able to retake the outpost, the Commander sent a loyal scout to find out the strength of the enemy. Reporting back after many days, the scout informed the worried knights that the black robed draconian had opened a rift into the very core of the earth and was bringing forth the minions of the Dark Queen. Barely escaping with the help of a magical scroll, the scout informed the Commander that it was unlikely they would ever be able to retake the outpost...

This is a quest for those level 24 and higher. Sign-ups will be soon, but not yet, and will only be taken via e-mail. There will be room for up to 60 people to participate in the first part of the quest.
