Now that I've played with my Shaman some, I can see where you're coming from. Especially with so many shamans being of a non-stereotypical caster race, with their presumed higher intelligence and learning ability, it seems that shamans have to work extra hard to build a set of reading glasses, or end up failing a lot more spells than the other casters.

I imagine the staff is more preoccupied with addressing concerns that certain aspects of the glass might be out of balance with others, but I do hope they look into this one as well. Between free spell wipes with ranking and gathering a lot of studying gear it's become less of a problem for me now, but it's still something that should be adressed.
