Mark of Flame

Spell level- 7-9
Duration: level/6 combat rounds
Save: no saving throw for debuff, each proc can be resisted as normal for fire damage.

Debuff cast on a single target. While affected, the target suffers 3d8+1 extra fire damage every time he is hit by a melee attack. Each time this occurs, it uses up a charge, 10 charges total. Any unused charges at the end of the duration are lost. The exact damage/duration etc could of course be tweaked, but the total damage should be higher than an equivilent direct damage spell based on the fact the damage is delt slower and only if the mage is grouped with enough melee.

Dispel Exhaustion

Spell Level- 8-9
Duration: 2-5 tics

Restores 50% of lost hp and moves to target, but at the end of the duration or when spell effect is removed hp and moves temporarily gained are lost, down to a minimum of 1 hp.

Soul Tap

Spell level- 9
Duration: Instantaneous

The mage trades a portion of his life force for magical power. 50% of max hp lost, but current mem time reduced by 50%.
