Just a thought, but on the subject of new, or even existing, players...I think it would be nice if the helpfile system were changed so that one could access certain helpfiles (spells, skills etc for different classes). It might be a good way to encourage people to try classes they've never played, and it could perhaps make the beginning of the game less daunting for new players.
