Establish a new stronghold: 1000 CRP, coins depend on location, about 500k
Create a new room in a stronghold: 200 CRP, 50k * number_of_rooms coins
fountain 60,000 coins 100 CRP
bank 700,000 coins 700 CRP
vault 700,000 coins 700 CRP
sofa 200,000 coins 200 CRP
library 500,000 coins 600 CRP
temple 500,000 coins 600 CRP
grove 500,000 coins 600 CRP
hut 500,000 coins 600 CRP
inn 1,000,000 coins 1200 CRP
forge 700,000 coins 700 CRP
alchemy lab 800,000 coins 900 CRP
board 80,000 coins 100 CRP
Keep in mind that strongholds are meant to be a wipe-wide project for an entire clan. Small clans are not really expected to create a fully equipped one, but I assure you that even a single room with the right asset at the right place can be very useful.
I'm open to constructive criticism on the CRP and monetary costs. "WTF 1M????" does not constitute constructive criticism :)

Can we have some more details on the relative quality of these compared to those found in various towns throughout the world
i.e. how good are the repairs from the forge, and how cheap is the alchemical lab?

I think inn and alchemy lab should have there cost down a bit. Especially in clan points. I also hope your putting in a mage for your clan so they can relo/tele to it. Perhaps make it so there is a few easy book spells they can learn there, or make it so that all the guild spells are on the mage to learn from. Also board should be alot cheaper. ATM it's costing 130 coins 50 for room 80 for board and 100 clan points. Thats a bit much for a writing utensal. I'll just start using chalk and paper! I mean its nice to write on the boards and all, but

Are certain stronghold rooms peace rooms? or nomagic rooms?
Are they only able to be entered/ported into by clan tagged characters? Or can anyone enter but only clan tagged chars will recieve the mem/skill benefits?
Are they clairable?
