Is there a way for us to have the status of the MUD on the website? Then we'd know when the next reboot is, and whether Arctic is live or down for maintenance.

I've always thought that some kind of information flow from the MUD to the webpage would be good.
For instant, the current number of players on, a 24 hour graph of player #'s, the last 10 shouts, past 10 deaths.. etc. There's a millon and one ways to get this information from the mud to the webpage.
If people check out the mud, they're most likely going to see the webpage first. It'd be good to have some indicator out front that there's activity and life going on.
