It means you are affected by anti-spam measures. In other words you need to pause before you can enter another command. This was put in I believe to prevent newer players, or more so low level players from spamming people. For example, I get this all the time. When I enter a room someone will type 'worship Cordova' about 20 times and spam everyone in the rooms screen. People use to do the tell spam back in the day, ie: tell Cordova You are great! x 30. Typing this 5 times is really enough. When commands are coming in too many and too fast you get the anti-spam measures affect. As you raise higher in levels it doesn't kick in as fast. Now, this kinda hampers fast typers or people like myself who sing to the mobs I fight but I guess it might be still necessary.

This really pisses me off when I'm rolling really fast. I roll like 100-200 chars, so I have to do it fast before I die of boredom. Reducing it would be nice, because there's 50 million other ways to spam someone linkdead anyway.
