There have been some personnel changes in the Fish Market of
Port Balifor. Somehow the Dragonarmies managed to maintain a
foothold here even years after they were ousted from the city
proper. A local pirate gang has taken control now, though little
else has changed.
Aft Brundleback, however, has finished training with Fyit Ga and
can now provide rank merchant services to those passing through
Port Balifor.
