Title: Limit Damage balance

Got the idea from the post about race changes and hill dwarves getting reduced damage from physical damage.

I suggest making all mage limit damage spells (globe, minor globe, shadow wrap) only effective against spell and elemental damage. Any mage can still pop a steelskin pot and have a shaman ghostskin him or a druid stoneskin him and orbed chars will still be able to full prep up, but instead of having steelskin and globe stacking together, they will simply complement each other. Flesh shield should be rewritten to work as a tempory damage reduction, so if the mage is hit for 50 dam, the flesh shield negates 30% of the damage, but 50 points are taken from the shield.

I think we have gradually been buffing mages damage output, but at the same time buffing their hp's and survivability. Lets give them their uber damage, but make them a bit more fragile...

One of the focuses in Lube is to get these kind of things under control (limit damage, and damage).  There is a lot to change to make this possible, and it won't be happening for this new wipe.  Look for it in the next one though.
