Race and Class changes:
-Attributes for each race and class have been slightly reduced. This change allows us to focus on broader ranges of +attribute equipment and makes some of those "useless" +1 stat items more desirable.
-Movement Points have been adjusted on all races. In most cases this is a reduction of movement points.
-Hit Points and hit point gains have been adjusted. This change should normalize more of the classes in terms of raw hit points.
-Exotic races: The exotic or legendary races have returned. Each major alignment has an exotic race that can be unlocked after reaching legendary on a regular character. Dargonesti is unlocked for Good alignment, Gully Dwarf for neutral and Minotaur for evil.

-Half Elf: Improved regeneration. Alignment: all Primary attribute: Charisma
-Silvanesti: Improved concentration, reducing the chance for spell failure. Alignment: Cannot be evil. Primary attribute: Intelligence
-Qualinesti: Improved healing % done. Alignment: all Primary attribute: Wisdom
-Kagonesti: Improved attack chance %. Alignment: Cannot be evil. Primary attribute: Dexterity
-Dargonesti: Improved healing % done and increased spell penetration. Alignment: Good Lawful. Primary attribute: Intelligence, Dexterity, Strength
-Hylar Dwarf: Improved healing % received. Alignment: Cannot be evil. Primary attribute: Constitution
-Hill Dwarf: Improved grip, reducing the chance for fumbling attacks. Alignment: all Primary attribute: Strength
-Theiwar Dwarf: Improved mental acuity %. Alignment: Cannot be Good. Primary attribute: Intelligence
-Gully Dwarf: Improved damage reduction. Alignment: Neutral Chaotic, Neutral Lawful. Primary attribute: Constitution, Dexterity, Strength
-Kender: Improved regeneration. Alignment: Cannot be Evil. Primary attribute: Dexterity
-Gnome: Improved mental acuity %. Alignment: all Primary attribute: Intelligence
-Goblin: Improved dodge chance. Alignment: Cannot be Good. Primary attribute: Dexterity
-Minotaur: Improved damage done. Alignment: Evil Lawful. Primary attribute: Strength, Wisdom, Consitution
