Arctic Encoding

Been working on making arctic tolerable in iOS; the best client I can find is MUDRammer. It is definitely not as smooth as JMC or wintin but passable for soloing. One setting it has is for mud encoding. Switching randomly from the default ASCII to UTF-8 makes it somewhat smoother.
Does Arctic have a specifc encoding that I should set?

help optnions ansi
Format: OPTIONS ANSI
This option enables ANSI color sequences in the output of certain commands.
There are currently no plans to extend this support.
SEE ALSO: OPTIONS, "OPTIONS COLOR_COMM"
Not sure if thats what you were after
Maybe help options iso

First, should this thread be under Mud Client Discussions?
Second, I have been pretty happy with Pocket Mud for ios except I can't do variables on it. Rest on it is decent enough.
