Type 'start' to create a new character.
What is your character's name?
start
Sorry, there have been 15 new players from your domain already today.
You will have to wait until tomorrow.
Just randomly decided to start up a new char tonight for first time in a while - not meant to be it seems.

I've rolled more than 15 in a day, but I delete the bad rolls. Perhaps that has something to do with it.
I've personally never seen that message though.

I saw if for the first time a couple weeks ago. I was rolling using the same name so all prior rolls were deleted and still got the message. It was not like that at the beginning of the wipe however. Pretty disappointing for those of us who like to stay roll.

It has been disabled, it was there to limit players from B level domains from spam generating characters. You know who you are proxy bots:)
Anyway, this is an old boot option that somehow was enabled in one of the last foomagedons.

Thanks for checking this out, I had been getting that error for a day or two straight without even starting a single char - got right in tonight.
