Top Mud Sites .. voting in?? out??

So I vote for Arctic on the Top mud sites once in a while.
On the right hand bar of the list it has an In and Out number.
Arctic currently is 46th place. and has In 96. out 6.

I searched the site but can find no mention of what In and Out refer to..
Does anybody here know?
