Rework the rank merchant

There is a librarian in Palanthas who is suspected to be the God Gilean right? (Did War of the Twins prove he wasnt?)

He seems like a more fitting rank merchant/legendary status chronicler than Schwing Mc'stabbit or whatever the current guy's name is.

problem is that astinus is killable and not in a peace room, so I suspect there would be massive pks while people had 150K plus on them for the rank merchant.

No, I just think he's more fitting. They can change him to peace room if they were to do it. Not sure how key killing him is to the pal library zone.

Astinus is closely tied to at least two really big multi-zone quests, and is probably connected to even more.  Putting him in a peace room would make the least attempted super-high zone in the game and make it even less attempted (I believe no one has even done TotT this wipe).
