All items in the game will have an extra pvp percent flag.
Pvp flag with a percent is gain when:
1. Looted from a player corpse
2. Sold to a shop
Pvp flag will do the following:
1. weapon: reduced dam stats by percent against players (max reduction at 50%, a 3d6 weapon will be 3d3 against players)
2. + skills from items: reduced by percent (can be 100%, ie +skill might be reduced to 0)
3. + stats from items: reduced by percent (can be 100%, ie +stat might reduced to 0)
4. + flag from items: stays same (ie autoinvis is still auto invis)
5. + spec items: chances reduced by percent (can be 100%)
This allows "looted" items to lose their value and usefulness after being sold to shop or been picked up from pk.
Item limits can still be controlled by the players since they do owned a weaker version of the item. These can be destroyed at the owner's whim and repop a fresh new one from zone/mob.
