Make it possible to flee while seated at a penalty. Makes stand triggers less useful and allows caster targets to have more play to move around like scouts and thieves with fade.

I am not sure this gets us anywhere. It saves you 1 command (stand) when trying to flee. I guess you can just spam flee while on the ground instead of having to st;flee, but again, what is the gain?

Any fast link basher will win if it puts in stand triggers vs any other class. Any slow link basher vs a fast link char won't be able to keep a char sitting... Link advantage should be addressed somehow, just not sure how...
