Astral Beacon: A Common-Sense Solution

As the centerpiece of an array of red spells commonly seen as 'broken', this is the fix that needs to happen. This spell has had a failed implementation since Reds were designed, in that while it should require a save when cast on a non-group member, it should essentially auto-land within group.  As it is, last time I tried it, even group members usually required spamming this spell to make it work.

Common sense solution is that, if you want Reds to have functional utility, make this spell autoland or close (sleeping summon failure rates or easier) on group members, and current save rate only when cast outside of group.
