Forum account approval

Hi,

Does anyone know who approves forum accounts? I made a new account about two months ago but it seems it is still not approved for posting. I noticed that the newest forum member just updated recently so I was wondering if I could get my new account approved. (I can change my display name, but this account uses an old username that I don't usually remember.) Thanks.

I opened registration again with some verification questions bots probably won't be able to answer.

We'll see if any get through. If so I'll lock it up again, if not, great.
