Barb Skilling Battle Cry

This wipe I don't know if I hit a bug, or just have really really bad luck skilling.  But i have had 23 wiz and skilling for quite some time now and cant get battle cry past excellent.

Ive been ready to legendary for over 2 weeks now, and still cant get this skill to superb.  Have even seen other group mates and other barbs get this skill up to Superb so i know its possible.

Maybe a bug, or maybe the skill needs a little more attention to see if you could skill it solo, or increase the odds on skilling it since it has such a cooldown between uses.

In conclusion this is the sole reason I am now quitting my Barb, which i like so much and have always played one every wipe i play.

  I thought I had an issue with Battle Cry myself for a while, and that they removed the ability to train it to superb solo but I found I was wrong after some trial and error.  I had 20 int 20 wis and +5learn with carve wis buff and took it from fair to superb in 10 hours gametime solo.  Since I hadn't been training it at all since I hit like level 27, I really don't think that 10 hours of solo skilling is all that bad since it is due to my own anti-social behavior that I had to resort to that.  In my opinion, every Barbarian skill I trained I thought the time needed to Superb was fine.  I don't like wasting ranks/gear slot on int/wis though...but that is not a real complaint in my eyes.
