Suggestion to remove No_Stab flag from dragons

I know why it was put in but that was 20+ years ago and I'm not certain those reasons still  apply. If there are mobs that should have the no_stab that's fine to selectively apply it but maybe we can remove the blanket no_stab for all dragons.

This would make playing thieves more fun in groups as well as for soloing.

Should add nostab flag for all golems and giants.

Lots of stabbable dragons around hylo. Not saying I disagree with the idea though. Personally I think danger sense vs backstab is cheat and should be looked at.

Another issue is held mobs being nostab if u fade to room, no clue why you have to fade out of the room and reenter to stab them...
