Lower stat rolls?

Hey guys I'm a big arctic noob but I enjoy playing every year or so. Since the new wipe i can't seem to roll anything higher than like 16 across the board as a human paladin. Were stat rolls lowered? What's considered okay now? I like to play solo mostly so I'd like to have viable stats for that.

Nope stats are all garbage now even with 16 int which is apparently good now? I have failed 4 tablets in a row with at least 10 learn on
maybe can adjust the ability to learn spells if its gonna be impossible to actually learn them :p feels like im wasting an awful lot of time in a newly unbalanced learning system?  if the over all intelligence is knocked way way down back to weak levels, I would hope the tablet learning still doesn't require like 27 int.

Yeah Gramm we thought non legend race caster would be playable.  We were wrong.

ok ok no more whine, ill just accept being a little bitch forever. lol still irritating loading that many spells with learns to fail so epicly

im using it as excuse to make barbarian instead!
