Newbie Day
We're hosting a newbie day - join us Sunday May 30, 2010, and learn the ropes!

Newbie day will be made up of of low-level quests, hunts, and will help new players get their bearings. To participate, just hop online and tell an immortal.

The events will be appropriate for levels 1 through 10.

Chaos Day Weekend
If you've been around Arctic, you probably know what chaos day is all about. In a word: Chaos. Consequence-free player fighting. After it's over, we'll reset the game and play on as if it never happened. During this tme, most of the rules go out the window, and usually by the end of it, buffs are handed out like candy. When the last sands of the hourglass fall, the chaos - including deaths and any character gains or losses you may have incurred - become memories of an alternate timeline. Join us the evening of Friday, May 21st for the kickoff of chaos. The chaos will last all weekend, and end on Sunday night.

Solace, from the ground up (and into the trees!)
Solace, likely because of its important place within the Dragonlance book series, was one of the more popular towns during the early life of Arctic. While some of the popularity has shifted to Palanthas and Kalaman, it still remains a hub for low level characters. Focus was put on the "tree aspect" of the town (early incarnations of the zone lacked much more than a second level of town above the 'ground floor'), as well as adding new-player friendly guide mobs.
